Katy Perry is affectedly nice unpredictable when it comes to her red carpet pattern, but the one consistent thing has been her rapacity hair -- save for a blue peruke or two. But not recently. Blue Belle: July 4
Katy gave her processed locks the night off and donned a wig as antidote to her July 4 gig in Montreal. She threw put ~ a natural-looking black wig and sooner or later spiced things up with a noon-day blue one.

The songstress debuted her cotton candy color in early August and rocked it in changeable styles for nearly four months.
